Additional Fees
Full Day Program
- Annual: $12,960
- Monthly: $1,440
- Weekly: $360
Half Day Program
- Annual: $9,000
- Monthly: $1,000
- Weekly: $250
- Placement Fee: $250 (non-refundable)
- Materials Fee: $200 (due with first month’s tuition)
- Annual Safety & Security Fee: $600 (per family)
- Daily Drop-In: $75 per day
- 3% Credit Card Surcharge
- No before-care or after-care offered
Discounts
Billing & Payment
- 5% Courtesy Discount for annual tuition paid in full
- 10% Sibling Discount
- 20% Employee Discount
- Tuition billed in March 2025
- First payment due March 3, 2025
- Monthly payments charged on the 3rd of each month (March–August)
- A credit card must remain on file, even if paying by check or cash
- 3% surcharge applies to card payments
Withdrawal Policy
- 30-day written notice required
- Placement fee ($250) is non-refundable once the school year begins
- Tuition during the 30-day notice period is still required
- If the Center requests withdrawal before the school year, fees are refunded
Attendance Policy
- No make-up days
- No refunds or credits for absences or illness
- No unscheduled drop-offs
- Tuition continues during travel or non-medical absences
- Extended medical absences require a doctor’s note
