Half Day Program
7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Daily Drop-In
$75 per day

What You’ll Need to Submit
- Enrollment application
- Emergency contacts & authorized pick-up list
- Health form completed by a physician (within last 12 months)
- Immunization records
- Medical consent form
- Permissions & release forms (photo release, information release, acknowledgments)
